|EES Parts Return Policy|
EES Parts will be happy to assist you in finding the correct part needed for your fitness equipment. In the event that you need to return a part that you purchased from EES, you must call or email to obtain an authorization to return the part. Parts that can be returned must be unused and undamaged. Returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event that EES shipped an incorrect part, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to ship the correct item. If we incorrectly shipped an order, you will not be responsible for a restocking fee or shipping charges.
Shipping damage must be reported immediately to the carrier of the package (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). EES will not be held responsible for shipping damages caused by a carrier
