Diamondback Brake Generator Assembly for Self-Generating Bikes- used on 1190, 1150, and 1100 series upright and recumbent bikes

The Brake Generator assembly is a very commonly replaced part when the self-generating bikes experience slipping of the clutch pulley on the flywheel portion of this generator assembly.

The small clutch pulley is not designed to be a replaceable part on the Diamondback bikes. If you are experiencing an intermittent grabbing and releasing of the flywheel while pedaling, this may be the cause of the problem.
